I’ve been working on this identity for several months and have been fine tuning it as we go. As a small start-up company with a single product that the whole world should own (if you play sports using inflatable balls), Vevo Sports has given me the freedom of making their corporate identity and product branding look stylish and sporty for the sake of looking good. A luxury most designers don’t get. The freedom to design for the pure enjoyment of designing. The theme so far is flashy, easy to read and all set to continue evolving.
Here are the logos and icons being used to communicate how Vevo and the ballspike inflation needle want to be seen in the world. Simple and bold.
The “V” stands for victory (obviously Vevo as well) & the wings of victory. All bursting from the inflation needle that is getting them off the ground and flying.
